In 2019, Essex Street Market will move to a new home at Essex Crossing.

Until then, the Market remains open for business at 120 Essex Street.

In 2019, Essex Street Market will move to a new home that lies at the cornerstone of the the Essex Crossing development project, a multi-use development project that will transform the Lower East Side with 1.9 million square feet of residential, commercial and community space over the next decade.

This larger, more modern space will welcome existing vendors as well as invite a collection of new vendors and restaurants to join the Essex Street Market family. New York City Economic Development Corporation is actively leasing space in the new Essex Street Market and is seeking 11 new food vendors and 2 full-service restaurants.
